During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the breakfast and dinner options offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, making it a enjoyable dining experience. the hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to the nearby attractions and shopping areas, a major plus. Lastly, the hotel provided ample parking space, very convenient for those traveling with a car.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the front desk staff was quite rude and their lack of attentiveness left a negative impression.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and its bustling restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with amenities such as coffee machines and fridges available. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with powerful rainfall showers. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with special touches like leaving a bottle and glasses in the room to greet guests. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, offering a wide range of options to start the day off right.

There are some minor issues with the hotel, such as occasional faint smells from the hot water, which is a common occurrence on volcanic islands.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. I loved that it was situated in a quiet area next to the University, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and attended to all of my needs. The receptionist, with her blonde hair in a bun, was particularly friendly and helpful. The room was impeccable, with modern amenities and a comfortable sitting area. I appreciated little touches like the free toiletries and the tea and coffee facilities. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and quality of this establishment.
